To exempt combustible ducts from the requirements of Sentence 3.6.5.1.(1), which would otherwise require the material to be noncombustible, and the requirements of Sentence 3.6.5.1.(2), which would otherwise impose certain conditions for the use of combustible material, on the basis that the ducts are restricted in their use and location.
