Intent 1:

To exempt accesses provided through fire separations between a storage garage and a Group B, Division 3 occupancy from the requirements of Sentence 3.3.5.7.(1), which would otherwise require the access be through a vestibule, if certain conditions are met.

Intent 2:

To expand the application of Clauses 3.3.4.2.(5)(b) to 3.3.4.2.(5)(d) to a fire separation between a storage garage and a Group B, Division 3 occupancy.
