To clarify that in cases where the provisions of Subsection 3.2.7. [regarding the storage of dangerous goods] are in conflict with Part 4 or other provisions of the Code [i.e. Subsections 3.2.5., 3.2.8. et 3.2.9.], Part 4 and the other provisions of the Code take precedence.
