or any equipment failures, which could lead to inappropriate action
by the attendants, which could lead to:
- the escape or spread of liquid, which could lead to
the ignition of vapour from a nearby ignition source, which could
lead to harm to persons, and
- a fire or explosion hazard, which could lead to the
ignition of vapour from a nearby ignition source, which could lead
to harm to persons.
