Intent 1:

To clarify that test procedures described in Subsections 7.3.2. to 7.3.15. are in addition to those required by Sections 7.1. and 7.2.

Intent 2:

To clarify that testing procedures developed as part of the fire safety plan [required by Section 2.8.] supersede the testing procedures specified in Part 7.
