Intent | Intent 1: To classify convalescent homes and children's custodial
homes as residential occupancies if they meet certain conditions, and to exempt
these buildings from the Group B classification requirements of Sentence 3.1.2.1.(1) based
on the limited size and restricted number of occupants. This is to determine
appropriate requirements in the Code. |
