Application
Application 1: 
Fire stopping of concealed spaces formed by wood members more than 50 mm but not more than 300 mm high applied directly to or set into a noncombustible floor slab and used for the construction of a raised platform in buildings described in Sentence 1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A that are required to be of noncombustible construction.
Application 2: 
This also applies to buildings to which Part 9 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.3.(1) of Division A for application of Part 9] that are required to be of noncombustible construction, as stated in Sentence 9.10.6.1.(1).
