Application 1: 
Street access for fire department equipment to a building that has not less than 50% of the building perimeter located within 15 m of the street or streets.
This applies to buildings to which Part 3 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A for application of Part 3].

Intent 1: 
To clarify that a building that has not less than 50% of its perimeter within 15 m of a street or streets is considered to face two streets for the purposes of Subsection 3.2.2.
