Application | Application 1: Enclosed spaces, tunnels, bridges and similar structures
that are used for vehicular and pedestrian traffic, with respect to their
being considered as street access to buildings for
fire department equipment. This applies to buildings to
which Part 3 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A for application
of Part 3].
