Application | Application 1: Minimum precautions against the spread of fire and
collapse in a building erected entirely below the
adjoining finished ground level and extending not more than one storey below
that ground level. This applies to buildings to
which Part 3 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A for application
of Part 3].
