the spread of fire and are more than 1 m above ground level,
including balconies, platforms, canopies, eaves projections and stairs, where
such projections are within:

in Sentence 1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A.
Exceptions:
except for a building containing one
or two dwelling units only.
