  • separate a public corridor from an adjacent occupancy,
  • are open during normal working hours, and
  • are suitably marked to indicate their existence and position.

Intent
Intent 1: 
To exempt sliding glass partitions from the application of Sentences 3.3.1.19.(1) and (3) on the basis that the panels:
  • are suitably marked to indicate their existence and position when they are closed, and
  • are open and therefore not accessible to persons during normal working hours.
