Intent | Intent 1: To exempt separations of janitors' rooms from the application
of Sentence 3.3.1.21.(1) by waiving the requirement for a fire-resistance
rating on the basis that the floor area is sprinklered throughout.
This is to limit the probability that a fire will not be controlled
or suppressed, which could lead to the spread of fire, which could lead to
damage to the building.
