Intent | Intent 1: To supersede the requirement for an outward swinging door
in the first part of Sentence 3.6.2.6.(1) and require the door to swing
inwards in situations where there will likely be people on the other side
of the door. This is to limit the probability that a door
swinging outwards will hit persons, or lead to persons hitting or bumping
into the door, which could lead to harm to persons.
