Application | Application 1: Sanitary privies, chemical closets or other means
for the disposal of human waste, where the installation of a sanitary
drainage system is not possible because of the absence of a water supply.
This applies to all buildings, as stated
in Sentence 7.1.3.1.(1).
Exceptions:
except as exempted in Sentence 7.1.3.2.(1), which applies
to dwelling units.
