Intent | Intent 1: To exempt the front edges of stages and loading docks from
the requirements for guards stated in Sentence 3.3.1.18.(1), on the basis
that the users are familiar with the hazard and that the function of the stage
or loading dock would be negatively impacted by a guard. |
