Intent
Intent 1:
To exempt a fuel-fired appliance that doesn't use a liquid with a low flash point and that serves not more than one room or suite from the requirements of Sentence 3.6.2.1.(1), which would otherwise require the appliance to be located in a service room that is separated from the remainder of the building, on the basis that the risk of fire is minimized.
