Precautions to be taken with respect to loads applied during the construction of buildings.
This applies to buildings described in Sentence 1.3.3.2.(1) of Division A and buildings to which Part 9 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.3.(1) of Division A] that are required to be designed to the requirements of Part 4.

Intent
Intent 1: 
To limit the probability that construction loads will lead to damage or permanent distortion of the building, which could lead to structural collapse either during construction or during use of the building, which could lead to harm to persons.
