Intent
Intent 1:
To limit the probability that the live load due to use and occupancy for equipment areas and service rooms, factories, storage areas and warehouses used in the design of structural elements will not take into account the more critical of the uniformly distributed specified live loads or the loads resulting from the intended use, which could lead to the excessive deflection or excessive vibration of structural elements, which could lead to negative effects on the psychological well-being of persons.
