Application | Application 1: Surveillance of construction and demolition sites
[employment of persons to prevent the public from entering the danger zone
at any time of the day or night], where any special hazard exists from which
it is not possible to protect the public by other means. This
applies to sites where buildings are undergoing
construction, alteration or demolition, including
any incomplete or abandoned buildings.
