| Application | Application 1: Clearing of obstructions from sidewalks, where sidewalks
exist adjacent to sites.
Exceptions:
except as stated in Sentence 8.2.3.1.(4), which applies to
the provision of temporary sidewalks where construction operations necessitate
the obstruction of sidewalks.
This applies at sites where buildings are
undergoing construction, alteration or demolition,
including any incomplete or abandoned buildings.
