one dwelling unit, as stated in Sentence 9.9.4.1.(1).

Intent | Intent 1: To limit the probability that fire will spread from a fire
compartment through openings in exterior building walls to an exit, which
could lead to delays in the evacuation or movement of persons to a safe place,
which could lead to harm to persons. Intent 2: To expand the application of Articles 9.10.13.5. and 9.10.13.7. to include wired
glass and glass blocks in openings in exterior walls under certain conditions.
