Application | Application 1: Fire separation that
separate suites of business
and personal services occupancy and mercantile
occupancy from each other, where the suites are
served by public corridors conforming with Sentence 3.3.1.4.(4). This applies to buildings to
which Part 9 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.3.(1) of Division A for application
of Part 9] that are sprinklered.
