Application | Application 1: Continuity of protection of walls described in Sentence 9.10.11.2.(1) [party walls on property lines
between dwelling units, where the walls are
constructed as fire separations having not less
than a 1 h fire-resistance rating ].
This applies to buildings to which Part
9 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.3.(1) of Division A for application of
Part 9] that are of residential occupancy and
in which there is no dwelling unit above another dwelling unit.
