Intent | Intent 1: To supersede the requirements of Sentences 9.10.3.1.(1) and 9.13.1.1.(1), which would otherwise
require the wired glass to be tested and meet certain minimum fire-protection
ratings in accordance with certain standards, if certain conditions are met,
on the basis that they [the conditions] provide an acceptable level of protection
