Intent
Intent 1:
To limit the probability that the use of an inappropriate sealant at the perimeter of floors-on-ground will lead to pollutant ingress from the exterior, including soil gas, combustion products from parking garages, or particulates, which could lead to negative effects on the air quality of indoor spaces, which could lead to harm to persons.
