unit, for buildings to which Part 9 applies

Exceptions:
except as stated in Sentence 9.35.3.3.(1), which applies to
mud sill foundations for detached garages of less
than 55 m2 in floor area,
that are not more than 1 storey in height and not
of masonry or masonry veneer construction.
