or required doors in means of egress, in buildings to which Part 9 applies [see Sentence 1.3.3.3.(1) of Division A for application of Part 9].
Exceptions:
except as stated in Sentence 9.9.6.4.(5), which applies to exit doors serving accessory buildings where
there is no danger to life safety, serving storage garages or
other accessory buildings that serve not more than
one dwelling unit or serving storage suites in
certain warehousing buildings and opening directly
to the exterior at ground level.
