Intent | Intent 1: [Clause (c)] To limit the probability that the outdoor air
supply flow will exceed the normal operating exhaust capacity of the principal
ventilation fan, which could lead to excessive positive pressure within the
dwelling unit, which could lead to condensation within the building envelope.
This is to limit the probability of deterioration of building elements,
which could lead to structural failure, which could lead to harm to persons.
