Application | Application 1: Minimum clearance between noncombustible receptacles
as required inSentences 2.4.1.3.(1) and (2) [receptacles for the storage of ashes, greasy
or oily rags or materials subject to spontaneous ignition] and combustible
materials, inside buildings.
Exceptions:
except as exempted in Clause 2.4.1.3.(4)(c), which applies
to combustible flooring material upon which the receptacles are placed.
