This also applies to:
  • access routes, gateways and clear spaces in outdoor storage areas, as stated in Clause 3.3.2.7.(1)(a), and
  • access routes in outdoor storage areas, as stated in Article 4.2.11.3. and Sentence 4.3.2.4.(2).

To limit the probability that emergency response operations will be delayed or ineffective, which could lead to the spread of fire beyond the point of origin, which could lead to harm to persons, including emergency responders.
