Knowledge and duties of persons employed to watch for fires in tents and air-supported structures occupied by the public where the facilities are designed to accommodate more than 1 000 persons.

Intent 1: 
To limit the probability that persons employed to watch for fires will be unaware of procedures to follow in a fire emergency, which could lead to inappropriate actions being taken, which could lead to harm to persons.
