| Application | Application 1: Maximum size [area] of individual
storage areas for baled raw pulp, in unsprinklered buildings.
This applies to buildings or parts of buildings used for the short- or long-term indoor storage
of combustible fibres, whether raw or waste
materials, goods in process, or finished goods.
Exceptions:
except as exempted in Sentence 3.2.1.1.(2), which applies
to high rack storage warehouses with storage heights
greater than 13 m.

| Intent | Intent 1: To increase the limit on the size of individual storage
areas for baled combustible fibres specified in Clause 3.2.6.4.(1)(a) if
the storage consists of baled raw pulp. This is to limit
the probability that a fire will spread to other parts of the building, which
could lead to harm to persons.
