Intent | Intent 1: To supersede the requirement in Article 3.2.5.6. of the
National Building Code, as referenced in Sentence 3.3.2.5.(1), and require
that a choice of 2 connections to a public thoroughfare be provided if the
storage site is of a large dimension. This is to limit
the probability that emergency response operations will be delayed or ineffective,
which could lead to the spread of fire to adjacent buildings or facilities,
which could lead to damage to adjacent buildings or facilities.
