and machinery reservoirs containing combustible liquids or flammable liquids, or that are likely to contain flammable
vapours, and that have been drained and purged, in buildings or
parts of buildings undergoing demolition, including
any incomplete or abandoned buildings, where removal
of the equipment prior to demolition is impracticable.
