Intent 1:

To limit the probability that a person using a manual wheelchair or other manual mobility assistance device will not be able to readily and conveniently enter a building.

Intent 2:

To state that the requirements of Article 3.8.3.4. also apply to exterior ramps referred to in Clause 3.8.1.2.(1)(b).
