into account the expected accumulation and distribution of people
and objects on the floor or roof surface, including an allowance for
dynamic effects due to people, and
- the live load due to use and occupancy will be less
than the prescribed minimum value.
This is to limit the probability of
structural failure, which could lead to harm to persons.
