Intent 1:
To limit the probability that the loads specified
in Sentence 4.1.2.1.(1) will not be taken into account in the
design of the building and its structural components, which could
lead to:
- the excessive deformation of, or excessive stress in,
structural components, which could lead to damage to the building,
or
- the excessive deflection or excessive vibration of structural
components, which could impede the intended use and occupancy of the
building.
