To clarify that the wall assembly must be subjected to weathering tests, when combustible cladding includes fire-retardant-treated-wood, before it is tested as required in Clause 3.1.5.5.(1)(b), to limit the probability that the weathering of the material over time will negatively effect its ability to minimize fire growth and spread.
