Sentence 3.1.9.5.(2)

Intent 1:

To exempt certain piping from the application of Sentence 3.1.9.2.(1) if a certain condition is met, on the basis that the piping is deemed to insignificantly contribute to the growth and spread of fire.

Intent 2:

To override the options offered in Sentence 3.1.9.1.(1) and force the use of Clause 3.1.9.1.(1)(a) for certain piping exempted from the application of Sentence 3.1.9.2.(1).
