To exempt certain service spaces from being considered as a storey in calculating the building height if certain conditions are met [the service spaces conform to Articles 3.2.5.14. and 3.3.1.24., and Sentences 3.2.4.18.(10), 3.2.7.3.(2), 3.3.1.3.(7), 3.4.2.4.(3) and 3.4.4.4.(9)], on the basis that such spaces do not impose an undue fire safety risk to persons.
