Intent 1:
To exempt sliding glass partitions from the application
of Sentences 3.3.1.19.(1) and (4) on the basis that the panels:
- are suitably marked to indicate their existence and
position when they are closed, and
- are open and therefore not accessible to persons during
normal working hours.
