Sentence 9.10.3.2.(1)

Intent 1:

To expand the application of Sentences 3.1.12.1.(1) and (2) to Part 9 buildings.

Intent 2:

To exempt building elements from the application of Sentences 3.1.12.1.(1) and (2), on the basis that the ratings assigned in Appendix B are considered equivalent to the ratings assigned by the test methods stated in Sentences 3.1.12.1.(1) and (2).
