To clarify that ancillary spaces directly serving a repair garage may be considered part of the repair garage, and not as another occupancy, for purposes of determining the need for fire separation in Sentence 9.10.9.17.(1).

Intent 2:

To exempt ancillary spaces directly serving a repair garage from the requirement for a fire separation between such spaces and the repair garage in Sentence 9.10.9.17.(1).
