To limit the application of Section 9.33. to the design and installation of heating and air-conditioning systems in individual dwelling units and radiant heating systems in houses with secondary suites in Part 9 buildings and to expand the application of Part 6 to include all other heating and air-conditioning systems in Part 9 buildings.
