To exempt open-air storage garages from the requirements of Sentence 9.10.14.4.(1), which would otherwise limit the area of unprotected openings, and permit unlimited unprotected openings, on the basis that the fire load of the contents is relatively low, the space is well ventilated and the limiting distance is not less than 3 m.
