To expand the application of Part 5 to exterior wall coverings of lumber, wood shingles, shakes, fibre-cement shingles, planks and sheets, plywood, oriented strandboard, waferboard, hardboard, vinyl, aluminum and steel, including related trim and soffits, where these are not installed according to Subsections 9.27.2. to 9.27.12.
