Sentence 9.32.1.1.(3)

Intent 1:

To define as residential, for the purposes of Section 9.32., smaller storage garages serving residential occupancies, on the basis that they are sufficiently small so as not to present high contaminant loads.

Intent 2:

To limit the application of Part 6, as described in Sentence 9.32.1.1.(2), with respect to storage garages considered part of a residential occupancy.
