To exempt certain noncombustible outlet boxes from the application of Sentences 3.1.9.1.(2) and 3.1.9.1.(3) if certain conditions are met, on the basis that the penetrations caused by the noncombustible outlet boxes are deemed to insignificantly contribute to fire growth and spread.
