Intent 1:
To exempt certain situations from the application
of Sentence 5.7.1.2.(1), on the basis that
- the assembly is designed to withstand continuous hydrostatic
pressure, or
- water transfer from the ground into, or through, the
environmental separators will not adversely affect health, safety,
the intended use of the building or the operation of building services.
